This Refund & Return Policy outlines the rights and exceptions concerning returns and refunds for all purchases made via Seif.nl. It is compliant with the laws of the European Union, The Netherlands, and Egypt.
1. Digital Products & Courses
- All digital products (e.g. e-books, course access, downloadable materials) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- By completing your order, you give explicit consent to immediate delivery and waive your statutory right of withdrawal, as per EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 6:230p BW (NL).
- Egyptian law (Consumer Protection Law No. 181/2018) equally allows such exclusion with prior consent and delivery acknowledgment.
2. Services (Web Development, VOIP, IT Solutions)
- Service-based work is not refundable once it has commenced with your approval.
- You agree that service delivery may begin immediately upon payment, and you waive any withdrawal rights upon full or partial execution of the service.
- For B2B clients, refund rights are explicitly excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Physical Products (Clothing, Accessories, Parfums)
- You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, as long as products are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Perfumes and hygiene-related products are excluded from return once the seal is broken, per Article 6:230p sub e BW (NL) and equivalent Egyptian consumer laws.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded.
- Services that have been executed or partially delivered upon your request.
- Opened or used personal care items (e.g., perfumes).
- Products returned outside of the legal or specified return period.
- Items returned damaged, incomplete, or without original packaging.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email your request to info@seif.nl including:
- Your order number
- Full name and email used at checkout
- Reason for return or refund
- Photos or screenshots, if applicable
6. Legal & Changes
- This policy is governed by Dutch, EU and Egyptian law as applicable.
- Seif.nl reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
- It is your responsibility to regularly review our policies before placing orders.
